I just wanted to send out an email to highlight Mr. Berny Say, who is a HVAC Technician at the university, for helping me restore my AC at my Lawrence Apartments. My AC and heat had been broken I was told it might take some time to repair it.   On a very hot day, I found Berny working on a nearby unit and he agreed to take a look before he left. He saw the poor condition I was in and installed a temporary portable AC unit for me that day (that week we were reaching above 90 F). He was able to solve my issue within the week and I am very thankful. I wanted to take the time to find you and write this message because I am very thankful for what he had done. I only wish there were more people like him around the world, who care about what they do and the people they do it for. I hope this sheds some positive light on Berny’s work.
