Materials Science and Engineering

An introduction to the structure and properties of important current and future materials, including metals, ceramics, semiconductors, polymers. Emphasis will be placed on the phase behavior, processing of materials, and how the structure of these materials affect their physical, mechanical, electrical and thermal properties.
