KOR 308 further enhances literacy through authentic readings, in-depth class discussions, presentations, and writing. It explores topics like ethnic Koreans abroad and South Korea's global interactions, with emphasis on social differences. Students develop intercultural competence through academic study and community engagement, analyzing the intersections of language, culture, and social institutions to deepen their understanding of cultural diversity.
