Info tab content
This seminar introduces students to computational methods for analysis of multi-dimensional data from modern high-throughput genomics technologies, including single-cell and spatial genomics, epigenomics, multi-omics, and genome editing. The seminar consists of lectures, reading and discussion of recent scientific literature, and practical data analysis. No prior knowledge of biology is required and computational problems are abstracted from biological applications, but students should be ready to learn concepts from molecular biology and biotechnologies (necessary background is provided).
