Info tab content
This course is the first term of a year-long individual thesis project in which students complete a substantial piece of research and scholarship under the supervision and advisement of a Princeton faculty member. While a year-long thesis is due in the student's final semester of study, the work requires sustained investment and attention throughout the academic year, and must comprise an element of design. Students need to pass a Preliminary Design Review (PDR) at the end of the fall term to be allowed to continue and complete the thesis by enrolling in MAE 499.
